Raj is a seasoned Customer Experience leader and global keynote speaker with experiences as both a CX practitioner and a consultant. At QuestionPro, Raj leads the CX Consulting and Journey Mapping business. Raj is also a professor of practice in the MS-CXM program at Michigan State. Prior to Question Pro, Raj led the Voice of Customer team at Airbnb and has held previous CX leadership roles with Verint and eBay.
