Jeff Catlin is the Senior Vice President of Integrated CX and AI Products at InMoment, with over 20 years of experience in AI, NLP, search, and text analytics. Previously, he was CEO of Lexalytics, a pioneer in natural language processing (NLP), which was acquired by InMoment in 2021. Jeff led Lexalytics in creating key NLP features like sentiment analysis and author intent detection, now industry standards. He has also held leadership roles at LightSpeed Software, Thomson Financial, and Sovereign Hill Software. Jeff holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from UMass Amherst.
