These schedules are in conjunction with our agreement with the venue and must be followed. Please take this into consideration when planning your pre and post event travel schedule.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach your Customer Service Manager who will be happy to advise as per your requests.

Dollies and Trollies are prohibited in the lobby of the venue.

Please note, this is a strict timescale that has been set in conjunction with venue health & safety regulations.
Breaking your booth down prior to show closure is PROHIBITED.
Please take your waste with you. Any waste left that incurs costs for the organiser, will be passed on accordingly.
Shipping:
For shipping to the venue you are able to use Freeman, who will also ensure that the package is delivered to your booth.

If you plan to have your package delivered by a 3rd party please deliver to the address below from Monday 14th - Tuesday 15th April between 8:00 - 16:30.
