The Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) is located at 285 Andrew Young International Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30313. It's easily accessible via various transportation methods:

• Public Transit: The GWCC/CNN Center MARTA station, served by the Blue and Green lines, is adjacent to the venue, providing convenient access from across Atlanta.

• Driving: If you're driving, the GWCC is near major interstates I-75/85 and I-20. Multiple parking options are available, including the Red Deck and Green Lot.

• From the Airport: Travelers from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport can take the MARTA train directly from the airport's station to the GWCC/CNN Center station.

Some firms contact exhibitors claiming to either work with us or to pose as us saying they have the visitor list with full contact details and offer to sell it to you. Please be aware that this is a scam that consists of useless made up records (and if any of it was reliable it would be illegal to use).

Please be aware that it is possible you will be contacted by a variety of companies claiming to have access to our attendee data or will claim to be one of our suppliers of the event. These are scams and use our logo and event name to make it look legit. Our list of approved suppliers are featured on the exhibitor portal, however, If you have any queries about an inbound inquiry regarding anything to do with the exhibition, please contact your Customer Service Manager who will verify their legitimacy. Please be assured that we do not sell or distribute your data. Please understand that we are doing everything in our power to prevent situations like these from occurring.

They are standing by with fast turnaround times to keep everything running smoothly. You can pre-order printed materials and have them waiting for you when you arrive. And as soon as the show ends, they can ship packages home or to your next destination.

ALL contractors and space only stand holders MUST hold valid Public Liability Insurance, which covers them and indemnifies for all activity involving stand construction, operation and deconstruction, at the event and in the country to which this information pertains.

Although, this is not mandatory for Pipe & Drape stands - due to lower risk, it is strongly advised that you take out Public Liability Insurance as our company will NOT be held liable should anything happen.

The liability is a compulsory minimum of $5million USD for Pipe & Drape booths, or $10million USD for space only booths (or the equivalent in another currency).

If you are in doubt as to what your cover is, please contact your underwriter or broker for clarification. Please note that we do NOT require your Employers Liability Insurance.

It is the responsibility of the stand holder to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all employees, contractors and visitors as far as is reasonably practicable throughout your event.

Fortem appoint a health & safety officer to comply with venue rules and regulations to ensure the safety of the organisers, exhibitors and visitors.

For many events on the GWCCA campus, parking is at a premium and MARTA is the fastest and easiest way to arrive. This is especially true for Mercedes-Benz Stadium events, where MARTA is highly recommended.

The GWCCA is MARTA accessible at three stations:

• Centennial Olympic Park event:

  Use the GWCC/CNN Station (W-1) or the Peachtree Center Station (N-1) which is approximately a six block walk.

• Mercedes-Benz Stadium event:

  Use either the GWCC/CNN Station (W-1) or the Vine City Station (W-2)

• GWCC Buildings A and B event:

  Use the GWCC/CNN Station (W-1)

• GWCC Building C event:

  Use the GWCC/CNN Station (W-1) or the Vine City Station (W-2)

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals are trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Emotional support animals are often used as part of a medical treatment plan (i.e. therapy animals), they are not considered service animals under the ADA. Emotional support animals are permitted within the non-leased spaces and may be restricted by Lessee in contracted spaces. Animals approved to be on the premises must meet the following confinement guidelines:

1. Animal(s) must be on a leash at all times.
2. Animal(s) must be under constant control at all times.
3. Animal exhibits are not permitted on carpeted spaces.
4. The owner or handler will be fully responsible for their animal(s) & relief area.

Smoking is prohibited within the venue in accordance with US Law. Smoking is permitted outside of the venue, 25m from all entrances.

Electronic cigarettes, electronic vaping devices, personal vaporizers, etc., are not permitted within the facility.

Taxis drop off and pick up point for black cabs are located out the main entrance.  Rideshare is out the main lobby doors to the left
