Tim Mitchell is a Global Award Winning Digital Transformation & CX Leader who has held leadership positions at Cadena
Growth Partners, Flux Labs and Deloitte Africa. He is a specialist in Digital Transformation, Innovation, Strategy and Customer Experience and holds a Global MBA from the University of Barcelona. Tim spends his time shaping the digital transformation roadmaps for corporates and entrepreneurs across sub-Saharan Africa, leading engagement teams, facilitating digital workshops, presenting and speaking on panels at technology conferences, guest-lecturing and supervising masters students at GIBS Business School, University of Cape Town GSB, and Zigurat Institute of Technology. Tim serves as an Advisory Board member for Africa Tech Week and has been recognised as a recipient of Mail & Guardian's Top 200 Young South Africans, CXA's Rising Stars in CX, and TechSee's Top 22 Global Customer Service Trailblazers.
